Hide and Seek

Narrative:

A man’s daughter is kidnapped. He then goes on a quest/journey to look for his daughter. On his way he meets a woman who has escaped from a mental hospital and they go on an adventure to find his daughter. His daughter is tortured (in a torture chamber) by the kidnapper’s son and is helped by ghosts to escape.

Sales Pitch for Tortured Soul –

My Film is about a normal average man whose daughter has been kidnapped. The dad then goes on an adventure/journey to find his daughter. On his adventure (consisting of bombs, guns and gangsters) he comes across a woman who has just escaped from a mental institution. The woman tries to kill the dad. They then come to an agreement that if the woman helps him look for his daughter; he won’t take her back to the mental institute. He then carries on his journey to find his daughter, now accompanied by the mental woman. While he is on his journey, his daughter is being beaten and tortured brutally (think about Saw contraptions). While she is left dying; she hears the voices of the dead people who were slaughtered before her. They try and help the daughter escape. The dad and mental woman reach the torture chamber after the daughter escapes but they do not know this. They are then imprisoned and tortured and the mental woman kills herself in order to help the dad escape.

A more gory version of Finding Nemo with a plot twist at the end.

You will first see John Peterson's feet running - The camera panning panning to follow them. In between the on-screen text the camera will give a higher shot than the previous one so you eventually get to his face (while he's still running.) When the words 'Behind you' appear, it will flicker on and off in turn with John Peterson's head looking behind him as he's running.
